How and when to reach me

All coaching communication happens inside Trainerize. You can message me there anytime β€” I respond on my designated coaching days each week.

  • Response time: within 24–48 hours on coaching days

  • For urgent questions, message inside Trainerize β€” not email or DMs

  • Weekly check-ins are your dedicated touchpoint, use them fully

Your Weekly Check-In

You'll receive an automatic reminder every Wednesday morning with your check-in form link. Your first check-in will be the first Wednesday after enrollment.

So you don’t forget, set a reminder on your phone each Wednesday and bookmark the check-in form for easy access.

Once a month you’ll receive an email notification to schedule a 20 minute live check-in for any adjustments or real-time changes that need to be made.

The First 7 Days

Before I build your custom meal plan, I need 7 days of honest food logging. You don't need to weigh anything or count calories β€” I just want to see your real habits so I can build around them, not against them.

Use any app you like β€” MyFitnessPal, a notes app, whatever is easiest.
