Before jumping into a fat loss phase, we identify your metabolism efficiency. That’s what makes Balanced different: your plan is built around your body, not a generic template.

It Starts with One Week

Every Balanced client begins the same way: a tracking week. You eat like you normally would and log it — no changes, no pressure. That one week tells me exactly how to coach you, because not every woman with PCOS needs the same starting point.

From there, you’ll fall into one of two tracks —>

Track 1

The Fuel-First Collective

For women who chronically eat <1800 calories

If your tracking week shows you've been under-fueling, we don't cut — we rebuild. We reverse your food back up to repair your metabolism, stabilize you at maintenance, then move into a strategic fat-loss phase from a strong foundation. This is the full journey, in two phases:

  • Phase 1 - The Fuel First Method (16 weeks):
    -tracking → reverse dieting → maintenance → begin the cut.

  • Phase 2 - The Lean Phase (16 weeks):
    -finish the fat-loss phase, then reverse safely back to maintenance so you keep your results.

For women who eat enough, but need guidance on what to eat

If your tracking week shows you're already eating well, we don't need the rebuild — but we're still not doing what everyone else does. Instead of slashing your calories and spiking your hormones further, we descend gently: a small, strategic deficit your body can actually handle. Slow, deliberate, hormone-smart fat loss — because the goal was never to punish your body. It's to take it back.

Regardless of how you start, my Balanced design incorporates hormone-friendly strength training that actually works with your PCOS/PMOS and has been clinically proven to improve (and even eliminate) your PCOS/PMOS symptoms.
