I’m Becky — and I believe strength should work with your body, not against it.

I’m not here to sell you another “just eat less and move more” plan.

I’m an OFNC personal trainer with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology & Science (BSS). I combine clinical education with real-world coaching to help women build strength, improve body composition, and feel confident in their training again..

While PCOS/PMOS is a major focus of my work — and something I personally live with — I also coach women dealing with hypothyroidism, high cortisol, metabolic adaptation, and more.

This means I understand:

  • Anatomy and physiology with metabolic adaptation

  • Hormones (i.e. cortisol, insulin, TSH, LSH/FSH), insulin resistance, and energy balance

  • How stress, under-fueling, and over-training impact results just as much as workouts

  • how to apply clinical knowledge to real-life training and nutrition

My coaching is rooted in strength training, adequate fueling, and education, not extremes or punishment. No endless cardio. No drastic deficits. No fear-based food rules.

I built this approach because I saw firsthand — both personally and academically — how often women are told to do more when their bodies actually need smarter structure and support.

Whether you have PCOS/PMOS, another hormonal condition, or simply feel like your body hasn’t responded to traditional fitness advice, you don’t need to be “fixed.”

You need a plan that works with your physiology — and a coach who understands it.
